Overview
Material
Proprietary polymer formulation; tested in certification labs and proven to be stabilized against the effects of sustained UV radiation, extreme weather conditions, corrosion, scale, salts and seawater. High-pressure and temperature resistance.
Freeze Engineering
Only solar panel that can withstand internal freezing. Can be installed as an open loop system in most applications without any freeze valve or drain-back protection.
Casing & frame
Reinforced polymer and Aluminum components are very light weight for easy installation and minimal roof load
Absorber
Over 100 individual polymer riser tubes connected to a proprietary freeze-resistant square manifold header via over-molding injection.
Glazing
Multiwall Polycarbonate glazing with additional UV blocking layer for over 20-year clear life. Light weight with extreme impact resistance - 200 times more than glass.
Insulation
Polyurethane foam and Polyester coated Aluminum foil
